Feb. 19, 2026 | A caller spoofed our Garden City phone number to make calls and send text messages claiming to be from the Western State Bank "Treasury Department." He said he wanted to verify ACH transactions. Both customers and non-customers were called.  If you receive a call from anyone claiming to be a WSB employee and something feels off, please hang up and call us using our publicly listed phone number to verify or report the call.
