In some cases, our customers choose to begin the borrowing process through our online system and then decide later that they’d like some personal assistance navigating the process, which we’re happy to provide. It all starts with an approval letter from Western State Bank so you’ll know how much you’re approved to borrow. Then you can start shopping! After you’ve found a home and made an offer, you’ll begin the mortgage process with us. Keep in mind the financing process usually takes 30-45 days, assuming all of your documentation is provided promptly. We know you’ll be anxious to get into that beautiful home, so we’ll do everything we can to keep the process moving ahead quickly and efficiently.
