Western State Bank recently transitioned to a new core processing system and to new Mobile and Online Banking platforms.

If you are an Online or Mobile Banking customer, please follow the step-by-step login directions below.

Mobile Banking & Mobile Deposits

With our Mobile Banking app, you have the freedom to check account activity and balances, transfer money, pay bills and make deposits. You'll also enjoy the simplicity of facial recognition or thumbprint login.

Our Mobile Deposit feature allows you to securely deposit your checks by taking a picture of your check and having it deposited into your account. Easily deposit up to $2,500; if you need to deposit more simply give us a call and we’ll assist you in raising the amount.

** Please note that you will need to login to Online Banking using a web browser and set up a permanent password before you can log in to the new app.** 

Online Banking

Online banking is a free service available to all Western State Bank customers. No matter where you are located, you’ll have 24-hour access to your accounts. View your balances and transactions, make transfers between accounts or transfer money to accounts outside of Western State Bank, pay bills online, and receive E-statements. Our online tools will help you manage your money in the most efficient, convenient way possible. Plus, when you enroll in Online Banking and E-statements we’ll also waive your monthly Western Connect checking account service charges.* To enroll in Online Banking, visit our home page and locate the login box at the top. New Features Coming Soon!

All Western State Bank Online Banking and Mobile App users will soon have access to exciting new features. We expect the new features to be implemented and pushed out to all users by early Fall 2021.

New features include the following:

  • Personal finance tools for budgeting & managing your accounts
  • Apple Pay & Samsung Pay
  • Person to person payments using Zelle (it's like Venmo but even more secure)
  • More control over your debit card. You'll have the ability to set your own travel dates and disable your card if you misplace it or if you suspect your card number has been stolen.

*With enrollment in E-statements and Online Banking we’ll waive the $3.50 service charge for Western Connect checking accounts. Other charges and fees may apply.
