Commercial/Ag Lender
Western State Bank is seeking a Commercial/Ag Lender for our Garden City banking center.
Description:
This position includes overseeing and managing the complete life cycle of commercial and agricultural loans, from initial inquiry to loan closing and servicing; reviewing an analyzing credit and financial history; building and maintaining strong relationships with customers; ensuring all loan transactions comply with regulatory and internal policy standards; and additional duties as listed in the job description.
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial lending products, agricultural financing, and market conditions; excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills; strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities; and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field is preferred. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in commercial or agricultural lending, or a similar financial services role is also preferred. A combination of education/experience to meet the minimum qualifications will be accepted. View additional requirements on the job description.
