The individual received a phone call from the "Western State Bank Protection Department"  regarding a debit to her account.  He offered a badge number and his name before requesting her online banking login details. Western State Bank does not have a "protection department." WSB employees will never call to request online banking login details. Please never share your login information with anyone.
