Human Resources Assistant
Western State Bank is seeking a full time Human Resources Assistant for our Garden City banking center.
Description:
The HR Assistant will coordinate office activities and operations while providing clerical and administrative support to the HR Department. Duties include but are not limited to the following: Performing office activities and functions to maintain efficiency and compliance with company policies; performing clerical duties; assisting with special events such as open enrollment and employee events; retrieving information as requested and preparing written summaries of data when needed; managing calendars and scheduling appointments; and more. Description:
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, organizational skills and strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills and proven ability to meet deadlines, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs or related software. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Clerical experience is preferred.

Full Time Teller
Description:
This position requires excellent customer service while handling deposits, withdrawals and payments, in addition to other duties.
Qualifications:
Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, computer skills, 10-key calculator skills, excellent customer service and communication skills, basic computer skills, and a flexible schedule. Must be able to demonstrate a positive work ethic in a team environment. Must also be able to pass a background check.
