It all starts with an approval letter from Western State Bank so you’ll know how much you’re approved to borrow. Then you can start shopping! After you’ve found a home and made an offer, you’ll begin the mortgage process with us. Keep in mind the financing process usually takes 30-45 days, assuming all of your documentation is provided promptly.
